Parameters:

  • h5name – name of the h5 file

  • savename – name of the result (group)

  • savedir – directory of the result file

  • calibration_x – list of coefficients for polynomial equation

  • calibration_y – list of coefficients for polynomial equation

  • x – x-data calibrated

  • y – y-data calibrated

  • y_ini – y-data without calibration

  • labels – list of parameters names

  • parameters – list of array of parameters

  • mask – the applied mask

  • config – configuration

  • stack_path – file path

  • scan_number – scan number

  • key – bliss key of the scan
